Clean room, friendly staff, very close to all amenities. The beds were comfortable. The roof terrace views were outstanding. Really good value for money. Thank you Mohammed for your help.

The room itself was acceptable, and I want to be fair about that. However, the main issues were the location and the behaviour of the manager, which ultimately forced me to leave the property early. As mentioned, the location is extremely poor: dirty, dusty streets, overcrowded, and generally unpleasant. ...

We had an outstanding stay at Maria Pyramid House. Mohamed is warm, welcoming, thoughtful and helpful with all our questions. He helped us get water, smaller bills, and directions. The Maria Pyramid team made our time in Cairo wonderful. Highly recommend.

Do not stay anywhere else but here. If you want luxury and the historic Egyptian experience with amazing hospitality, this is the place to be. Perfect for families. We are going back during the same trip because we had so much fun. No one wanted to leave.

I love Egypt. But this hotel I do not love because they had poor customer service in giving us the room we paid for
Our tour guide, Adam, was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him when you visit Egypt.
