"The best location with the view from the balcony. You are looking at the only remaining ancient wonder of the world ( among the first seven wonders of the world ) , right from your hotel room. Hotel staff super friendly, the food was great, if I ever go back to Egypt, I will stay in this property again."

"Amazing hotel to view a close up of the pyramids. The hotel doesn’t have a bar and no were to buy alcoholic drinks in the area. The staff there are amazing. Sam, he was amazing. He has amazing customer service skills and really cares about the guest. If it wasn’t for him, we would have not survived. I trust him, and would return again. The food amazing. "Outstanding rooftop view of the pyramids, friendly and helpful staff!! Definitely recommend this hotel"

"Good hotel. !"

"Excellent view, Food and People"

"Great location and the staff are excellent! I stayed at the hotel for almost a month and the staff were very helpful, especially the kitchen crew, house keeping, and front desk."

"The place is nice and I think the price is ok. The WiFi is terrible! But that’s how it is almost everywhere in Egypt. This is my 4th time visiting and it has not improved. The parcial view to the pyramids is great. You can watch part of the light show at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the best part of this hotel. Do not send your clothes to be washed. One dollar per item, and they returned mine in a plastic bag sealed but still very wet."

"Great view to the pyramids from the room!!! Beyond perfect service from the staff !!"

"Incredible staff-Youssef took us in as if we were family- and showed us his childhood neighborhood. One of the more incredible stays I’ve had."

"The view from my room was amazing"

"Abdul was very helpful, took care of everything we needed, and made us feel welcome."
