"The staff are really helpful and approachable. It is a beautiful place to stay. Everything is spotless clean and smells divine. The beds and pillows are the best. The lighting in the room is excellent, so many options. My only disappointment was the instant coffee in the room…it was not the best. Drinkable, just. I will definitely be staying here again. Can’t wait. "

"Great location for walking all around Glasgow. Free mini bar and crystal decanter of whiskey in the room, as well as hot water for hot chocolate, coffee, and free snacks. Don't bother with the restaurant on the 7th floor, though. Food and service are not great. Go to the pub next store called Waxy O'Connor's and walk around the cool interior. You might get lost!"
