"This hotel is a standard, clean, well-maintained, motel-style hotel. For an affordable quick trip to Mammoth Caves for a couple of nights, this is a great little basic place to stay. If you are looking for luxury, or even a somewhat luxurious hotel, this is not that place. "Second time staying here. We had an event locally that started before check-in time, so we asked to park our car since we were taking Uber. Turns out our room was ready so they let us check in early and keep our stuff safely in the room. They were wonderful! Super clean room again, quiet location, great price. "We arrived too late at night to go snywhere else. The buildings are falling apart, with old broken furniture outside the rooms. Our room had dried blood in the bathroom and on one of the beds. The door kmob was broken so we pushed a chair against it. Someone came knocking on our door looking for someone else. Its more of place that people rent a room monthly than nightly"

"My boys and I were looking for a nice place to go and get away from memorial weekend. The house is located close to the lake. We were able to rent a boat and have a nice day on the lake Saturday and then come back to a relaxing house for the rest of the weekend. We dealt with several severe storms. The owner was kind enough to reach out to us while we were on the lake to let us know that we were out of power, and that it should be back on soon."
