Sheraton Athlone Hotel

"The property was well placed in downtown Athlone with free under ground parking. The rooms in the tower were lovely with nice views over the city. The breakfast was excellent, but it was an extra cost for our booking. Would recommend."

"The property was outstanding. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, property was immaculate. Parking was plentiful. But in the main building there was no AC and a tiny window to circulate air. That’s just a selfish opinion but that’s the only minimal complaint if you even want to call it a complaint. More like a spoiled American complaining about nothing. I’d DEFINITELY stay here again. Perfect midway point from Dublin to Galway. And if you decide to get a little lost in Roscommon, well worth the wandering."

Spacious four-bed property located in Banagher outside Birr.

"Charming home with everything you need to relax after day trips in the area. Centrally located so we were able to go a lot of places within 2 hours or just in the Banagher/Birr area. Shopping and restaurants were within 15 minutes. Joe and Carmel were very welcoming and provided resources for the area in addition to this fine home. Weather allowed us to enjoy the back patio area . Would come back in a minute!"
