"Property is tiny and the only restroom is in the master bedroom. When you walk to it try not to smack your shins into the bedframe (all of us did at some point especially in the middle of the night). Other than that though it was fine. 35 minutes from our white water rafting meetup. It was clean and easy to get into, overall not bad if you're only staying for a single night."

"Our stay at the Boomer Bungalow was amazing! My fiancé and I loved every minute of our stay here as we got to enjoy our West Virginia trip. The entire home was very clean and organized with snacks waiting for us when we arrived. "The house was clean. All appliances in good working order. Check in was easy. Owner easy to communicate with. She even checked in with me to make sure I got home okay. She was great to work with. Fern Creek Cabins @ New River Gorge, Secluded, White Water, Hiking, Hot Tub.

Great stay

"The cabin is exactly as described. The grounds keeper went out of his way to grab trash we hadn’t taken over yet while we were out. A lot of reviews mentioned the road being bad, but it’s just a typical narrow dirt road. I can see it maybe being a little intimidating if you never drive on unpaved roads, but it is very well maintained, just go slow and be mindful while passing people and you won’t have an issue."

Rustic Cabin minutes from New River Gorge National Park and downtown Oak Hill.

Awesome Getaway

"This cabin is great. From check in to check out everything was as stated and cabin was great. I would definitely stay here a again. Only a few miles from main entrance to New River Gorge, and Thurmond. Easy drive to all other parts of the National Park. We even got in a few State Parks and 1 Battlefield. And dog friendly was the icing on the cake."

"We absolutely loved the Cabin! The check in was easy. The cabin was very clean. Plenty of kitchen gadgets. The owner was very prompt to answer any questions we had. The area is absolutely beautiful. Will return some time."
