"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff is really what set this place apart. They had 120 check-ins the day we arrived and yet everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We were sad to find the pool closed, but again, the staff exemplified what hospitality is all about and offered other ways for us to have a 5 star experience, and did it upfront, happily, and without making us feel like an imposition. There’s much to say about the whole place, but what’s important is this: I encountered directly, at least 7 staff, all of whom were exceptional.
Embassy Suites has positioned itself first on my list of hotels after this stay, and I hope all our road trips have them along our way!"

"This was a last minute stop for us and it was great! The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot. Breakfast had a good variety of options. It was right off the interstate. The only con was that it was noisy because of the convenient location. But we travel with a sound machine so it wasn’t a huge deal. Clean, comfy, and convenient. "
