"We had a lovely time at the Kilchoan Hotel, staying for a couple of nights whilst we explored the area. The room was spacious, clean and had comfortable beds that were very firm. The bathroom had recently been refurbished to a very high spec and the shower was excellent. The bar downstairs was welcoming, had a great selection of drinks including local whiskies. The food was great, with locally sourced produce but would love to see more seafood if it is available."

"I loved the location and the house was well equipped. We had great breakfast s, and the staff were lovely. The bedroom and en-suite were lovely. I also liked the upstairs lounge area for guests and the balcony for sitting out."

"This has to be one of the nicest stays we have had in the UK. The experience from start to finish was amazing. The host Emma was attentive and so welcoming to her beautiful home. It really has a family feel but with all the luxury you could wish for. The setting is stunning and the views are breathtaking. The room is decorated to a very high standard and the hot tub was a perfect end to our day. To compliment all of the above the food was sublime. All home cooked from scratch by their chef - the Eton mess has to be the best I have ever eaten!! worthy of any 5 star hotel. We cannot wait to return to Mingarry Park and highly recommend anyone thinking of a stay to book it now."

"If you want to get away from it all this is the perfect place. It's a very comfortable and well equipped cottage. The loch is a 5min walk away across a field. During our stay we saw eagles, deer and a pine Martin from the garden. One thing to note is that during our stay the WiFi didn't work at all but there was a 4g signal. note is that there was no wifi"
