"Like the previous reviewer of this property we were also disappointed to find that we were also given a double room with a shared shower room rather than a private bathroom that we booked and was detailed in our hotels.com receipt (photo attached of booking shows standard room and private bathroom and have checked and if you go in to site today standard room shows private bathroom. As we were very tired after our journey and waiting around for 3 hours to gain access to our room at check in...

Walked across road to restaurant and didn’t realize had to make reservations, we were told by elderly lady that she was the only one working and doing everything. She couldn’t make us dinner due to preparing dinner for other 2 tables which had 2 diners each, we were 3. "
