"My wife and I stayed for one night at The Oyster Inn and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms are quite small but are spotlessly clean, the bed's comfortable and the walk in showers are a decent size and the views overlooking the loch are spectacular. Our highlights however was the genuine friendliness of all the staff and the food was incredible...all at a reasonable price. We'll definitely stay there again if we're in the area! "

"In a great location in the centre of Oban, with most of the places you would want to visit within walking distance. There is a convenient car park across the street if you need it. The building is old and full of character, which inevitably impacts on the accommodation - with some ingenious planning of the en-suite bathrooms, but this is more than made up for by the Scottish welcome from the knowledgeable staff. Breakfasts are not included, but there is the offer a of a goodie-bag with pastry, drink and fruit, or plenty of places nearby. A plus is the whisky bar with its huge selection of whisky and changing whiskies of the day, somewhere to relax in the evening. "
