However the biggest pluses were the tranquil location overlooking Loch Feochan and the staff. From arrival to departure every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Tom needs to be singled out for being exceptionally helpful when we discovered a tyre puncture on departure. He helped us to source and arrange for a replacement and fix. despite missing our lunch appointment, the hotel is hardly a bad place to spend an extra 90mins. Very highly recommended."
