"The staff are very friendly and welcoming the room was basic but clean and had everything we needed we had room 1 and the beds were small but very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a cheap no frills stay in Oban,also great location for ferry and train station."

"We were looking for easy access to the railway station and ferry port - Pierrooms could not have been closer to both. The room is small but we were so impressed with the overall cleanliness and comfort of the beds that we booked again for our return journey. The only improvement I would suggest is a small shelf for the top bunk."

"Great view. Comfortable room and was large, though not sure all are the same. Dinner was probably best of the trip, though you need reservations as they only seem to seat a few at a time. Bar was also nice. Had good weather so the deck was nice too. Included breakfast, but that didn't start until 8 which was too late for our schedule. You can walk down to the old ferry landing and also a trail along the water."

"Great facility and we enjoyed our room. Clean and tidy. Restaurant had great options and was delicious! Able to sit in the sunroom or indoors. Also can take a drink outside by the water if it’s nice. Some short walking paths around the water that are close by. Other than the hotel restaurant we ate at the Laroch in Ballachulish. This is a great location if you want to take on some of the longer hikes in GlenCoe. We kayaked on the Loch and saw a seal around the islands. Beautiful scenery. "

"Had a late arrival and they were very accommodating when we called to make arrangements. Very convenient walking distance to ferry, train, busses, restaurants and shops. Plenty of space in the family room and nice view of the harbor."

"Its a cute old house thats renovated inside. Tucked away down a long driveway in a field and hidden from sight. The lady that runs it is very nice and does a great job"
