"The Guest house was good value with well stocked kitchen. My room was of a good condition and layout. The only issue I had was my shared bathroom was down one level requiring me to lick my room each time I used it. Overall great location, reasonable price, excellent staff."

The beds are very small, the rooms are old and the floors really need to be re-done. the bathrooms are just ok, Our room the shower leaked onto the floor and the floor boards we always wet and soft. "staff was 90% really lovely, unfortunately our check in process was met by a grumpier gentleman who really shouldn't be in hospitality. he had no warmth unlike any of the other staff we encountered. everyone seems to do a bit of everything here and play multiple roles. this gentleman should find a new line of work, or at a different hotel that isnt as high end."

"Did not have any interaction with staff, but everything worked as guided. A bit more guidance on how to find the place would be useful. The height of the bed was a bit of a challenge. We were in room one and it felt brand new."
