"The hotel is in need of refurbishment to say the least the bar area was disgusting seats broken only bottles as pumps not working and dirty glasses infact the hotel should be condemned. The only saving grace was the staff and the breakfast the staff were polite,friendly and helpful especially Annie who made breakfast service a pleasure. Disappointing that hotels.com have this on there web site as im sure if they sent an inspector they would not recommend this hotel I for one will not be...

"We had a great experience from the moment we entered the building. Every single member of staff that we interacted with was actively looking to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The view from our room was world class, as was the shower. Like bathing under a waterfall. "
