"We had a great stay at this home in Glendale. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive, answering all messages in a timely manner.During our stay, the pool heater broke, but the hosts handled it promptly. They had it fixed as quickly as possible, refunded us for the inconvenience, and even ordered us pizza for lunch one day, which was a very thoughtful gesture.Overall, the communication, cleanliness, and care from the hosts truly stood out. We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again.---"

"It was a beautiful house with lovely space with lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed the kitchen & pool area the most. The pontoon boat was hit with the kids. The boat we took out two of the five days we stayed and charged it accordingly. It was slow and fun and I’ve never used an electric boat before. The pool and spa were the places we spent the most time in. So everyone enjoyed having their own space bedroom&bathrooms well upstairs shared with bedrooms there. The view from home is beautiful, hiking around the house was great and the area was very convenient and accessible to all the places we needed to go. The manager was very helpful&communicated well whenever we needed anything or had questions about the house. We went over the new year holiday week for a celebration of life. It was great to have our own home base and space from family and friends and select guests (we cleared before our stay with owners and manager) came to visit. The home is in a great neighborhood and the dining table was well used with meals&game nights. It was nice for the teen to have his own space and the preteens to have their own bathrooms with makeup and girl stuff and the younger kid had his own space and parents had their own space which was great. The comfy couches and living room and tv were used for movies and bowl games. The outside table has a fire pit in it which was fun for the kids and they loved the balconies. We enjoyed our stay here and would do it again next time we come to AZ."

"The day of check-in right before we were boarding our plane I was required to pay for a damage waiver. I felt like this should have been done when I reserved the property. I was told I needed to complete an online ID check, but was never told where to do this. When I asked, all they sent me was a link that only gave me options for a late check-out. The pool was cold, so we did not use it. Also, we wanted to sit on the patio, but there was no propane in the grill or the fire pit. We had to buy our own toilet paper, kleenex, and a roll of paper towels. We had six people staying for four nights and were given two and a half rolls of toilet paper, no kleenex, and a half used roll of paper towels. When I reached out for more, I was told that the cleaner said there is more in storage. No information on where storage was or how to access it. The drain in the master shower wouldn't drain and neither would the sink in the main bathroom. The property is listed as four bedrooms, but in actuality it is only three bedrooms. They claim the trundle bed in another room, but they don't have extra pillows or comforter for it. The only thing we found was a sheet in another closet. We needed to dump the trash and there was only one bag! This property is pretty, but I would not recommend it. The lack of amenities was more stressful than it was worth!"
