"I stayed during the weekend of the 2024 Final Four. The Hotel is perfectly located for a brisk walk to State Farm Stadium. My stay was so fantastic that I have to give it a 5-star rating. However, I must point out that food service was unavailable on Saturday night of Final Four weekend. There are countless eateries in the area around the Hotel but they were swamped due to Final Four visitors. Kudos to the Hotel staff. They were candid, forthcoming and pleasant in apprising me of the situation. Other than that matter, the food service was superb in every respect, particularly the breakfast buffet. I plan to stay at the Renaissance upon my next return to Phoenix. "

"Visiting my family for a week, this was a great central location. Good shopping mall nearby and freeways for easy access around the Valley. The breakfast each morning was consistent and good. We've stayed at this hotel previously 7 years ago and still great service."

"The multiple beds accessible room was perfect for us. We traveled with my father whobis in a wheelchair. The room was huge and very comfortable for him to "roll around" in. Beds were comfy. Very close to stadium which is why we chose this hotel. Pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay again. "
