"Great hotel. Access to hotel front door was difficult with a mobility aid. Staff were very good. Would be good for the lift at the front door to be accessible to those that need it."

"The shower pressure was low and the temperature fluctuated, which wasn’t very comfortable. The towels looked clean but didn’t smell particularly fresh. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly. I felt cold even with it set to 25°C. There was no robe provided, and the fridge only contained water (no minibar or snacks). On the plus side, the bar was good and breakfast was very nice."

"The room was cold , the pillows are awful, the room was lovely , bed comfy , I was at the front of the hotel very noisy , didn’t get a good sleep I ate in the bar , lovely food and service , lovely breakfast ."
