"No elevator, so that could be an issue for some. For us, it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast isn’t the biggest, but it was just what I like. The staff was very friendly. It seemed they were wearing multiple hats and front desk was left unattended for periods of time, but apologies and kindness more than made up for waits. "
