"Cabin was not ready when we checked-in. Thankfully the other cabin was available. The on-site manager did not know we were checking in. Listing was accurate, but I was still surprised there wasn’t at least soap in the bathroom/shower. There is also a completely see-through window into the bathroom (should be frosted or provide a way to block the view). "

"Very cozy, clean and private. I’ll stay again. Host is nice and responsive. The house is well insulated which is a great thing in Chico’s hot summers. No AC needed even though the temps were in the mid 80’s."

"Our stay was perfect for us. We used the hot water kettle to get our days stared but we had so many places that we wanted to eat out at that the little kitchen was all we needed for snacks or tea. The bed was very comfy and the AC was a huge help for the hot nights. The parking is tight so if driving a big truck I would look for street parking."
