"It was a beautiful outdoor property but the roof leaked downstairs from the jet tub so wasn't the first time because of the rusty water that was leaking they said they had a family crib but didn't out that it had to be requested and told us we won't get one i would be cautious of them "

The huge yard was perfect for the kids to run and play, the house was beautiful and spacious, and the farm country feel was peaceful and relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, everything was clean and we had everything we could possibly need. It’s close to Biggs, Oroville and Chico without actually being in the cities. "We stayed 3 nights, and were super happy with the home. The location is a bit out of town, but was so quiet and beautiful. The house was super clean and smelled so nice when we walked in. Beds were comfy and the toiletries that were available definitely came in handy.The host was quick to respond when I had a couple of questions, bith in the booking process and throught the stay. I would definitely stay here again "
