Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The property was clean I didn’t have any issues with anything the only thing was that the walls where damaged but nothing big the beds are comfortable
Our hotel room had no chairs, otherwise it was great. The beds and linens were fine, and there was a great shower and tub. Clean carpet. No odors. Quiet. Nice, easy, and safe location, with stores, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance.
Parking was convenient and easy. Staff was accommodating, made my stay pleasant. Did not have a pet.

Don't judge a book by its cover!
Fantastic local pet-friendly spot that offers great customer at a reasonable price. It is also in a great location for food options and it's a fairly quiet area. Would stay again
The lady in the office was very helpful and friendly. I liked it was pet friendly. Parking was easy and convenient.
The room had a lot of damage to the walls with paint missing, both chairs were covered in stains.
Staff member was extremely nice. Room was a dump. Peeling wall paper, bathroom sink did not work (water trickled out). I was upsold on the room, they charge $20 for a pet (not disclosed at reservation, so I had no choice). I will not return & would not recommend!
It’s just a little the neighbors were talking to laud
But in general very good

Pet Travel is Problematic
I booked here specifically because I was traveling with 2 dogs. Here on the Hotels com site, it advertises clearly that dogs stay free. I was charged $20 per night, per pet. I have clean, well-trained dogs that I was traveling to a dog show with. When I got there and was charged extra, I was shocked, but I was also very tired and didn't feel like arguing it.
Checking in, I was told there were no ground floor rooms available. They must have had a heck of a lot of no-shows, because most rooms were clearly empty. I had recent knee surgery so that sucked
The room itself was a "pet room" The wall paper was literally peeling off the walls. The tub had a half-used bar of soap left behind. When I took a bath, there was long hair in the trap and the tub itself felt grungy. Water pressure was low and it didn't get very hot.
There were at least two large pee spots on the floor, which weren't cleaned very well. The bedspread was a decrepit Pendleton blanket.
I took the dogs to the pet run and there was good and bad there. First, the area is isolated and surrounded by junk and trash, so it was kinda ugly. But the run itself had high fencing that seemed secure. I didn't let my dogs run in it, though, because though it was mowed, it was full of mud, stickers and foxtails.
I think this might be a nice place for a quick stay on the road, but be aware of extra costs if you have pets.
