"This property was perfect for our visit with our son at Chico State. It was spacious, comfortable, very close to campus, and has two luggage racks. That last point may seem trivial, but it was a great touch from the owners and very rare! Anthony communicated clearly and at the right times. Finally, the price was extremely reasonable!"
