The breakfast was great

After a terrible experience with the airline & an unexpected overnight stay without our bags, it was refreshing to end up at this Hampton Inn after a long international flight. The hotel was affordable & had a convenient 24 hr shuttle service. When the front desk concierge found out we didn’t have our bags she put a little bag together for us with tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant & razors. It was much appreciated.

You should not be charging for parking

Very convenient location to the airport. Shuttle service was a huge plus. Restaurants were convenient where the staff was welcoming and the food was good.

great location, connected to convention center

No complaints. We stayed on the 18th floor and never had a long wait for the elevator (like I have experienced in some other places). The kitchenette was well stocked, beds soft and comfortable and bathroom is spacious in which I absolutely love.

We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. Older property but kept up well. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfasts.
