This 18th century farmhouse in the heart of the Pays d'Auge in Lower Normandy was completely renovated in 2018. It is set in extensive grounds. The property has a private heated pool. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, a bedroom with adjoining shower room, a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two adjoining bedrooms, two shower rooms and an additional bedroom. Outside there is a terrace with seating, garden furniture, a heated pool and a table tennis table. Note that although the house has five bedrooms with double beds, it is recommended for a maximum of eight guests for comfort. In addition, guests have the option of using a neighboring tennis court, subject to availability and special conditions on site. The farmhouse is located in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The nearest shopping facilities are in Lisieux, approx. 5 km away.
