"Not quite sound proof from room above."

"This is a beautiful old warehouse, which was quiet and comfortable. We felt we could come and go as we pleased. We didnt use any on site facilities, but it all looked clean and vibrant. The bed was comfy, just lacked some instructions to work the oven/microwave. Overall an excellent base to explore Manchester."

"Excellent location and surprisingly quiet due to being right in the center of town. Apartment had everything you could need for a short stay. Only thing I would criticise was the bed was a bit too firm for me but that is personal preference. Reception staff were excellent especially Michael who booked us in he was very friendly and gave us local information. "

The place has a lovely modern yet homely feel and it feels a little luxurious without the high price tag or pretentiousness. The apartments feel like just that - your own home in Manchester and they are high up meaning you get fabulous views to boot. "Welcome was friendly and as we were early the team were able to secure our bags whilst we awaited our room to become available. The interior is great and has held many of the decorative features from the original building. Even though situated in a busy area our room on the first floor was quiet and we did not get any disturbance from outside. The room was clean and the small kitchenette area had everything we could have wanted if we were staying longer than out 3 days. The only issue we had is...

"On arrival the property had a weird smell like cat pee or damp we bought air fresheners from the shop downstairs which masked the smell. Besides this the apartment was clean the smell of cleaning products was present when opening the fridge which was pleasant. The bed wasn’t the comfiest the spring were very prominent, maybe a mattress topper would be a good idea. "

"The location is great, near some good pubs and restaurants and Piccadilly station a 10 minute walk. Check in was great. Bed was comfortable, shower good and the kitchen facilities whilst no oven were very useful. The shutters on the windows did look good, but let in quite a bit of light early in the mornings. Staff friendly and the croissants and coffee very welcome in the mornings. Very satisfied."

"Our second stay and we love that all of the rooms have a different character and decor. The location is very quiet and peaceful. We had a corner room with views down the valley as well as overlooking a brook and wooded area. Just one reminder - take your own hot drinks supplies."
