"Fantastic experience for the weekend Room / food / facilities excellent Down side no air con and the bed was too soft - could not cool the room down and didn’t sleep well"

"All the staff were very friendly and helpful and a well stocked breakfast buffet with poached eggs cooked to order. The WiFi however is not good resulting in our bar food order not going to the kitchen via the till, but we were recompensed for the error and the long wait, and our food arrived eventually. Perhaps an explanation of the dining options could be made at check in. However we had a very relaxing stay on the hottest two days of the year and there was already a fan in our room. We would certainly book again if in the area."

"Great weekend get away, reasonably priced and a nice few days away from everything. I was super impressed with the level of customer service from al of the young people ( including in Starbucks) and extremely helpful were Rosey and Kieran in the Pub and Jasmin in the Leisure centre . Nice sauna, steam room and Pool . Jacuzzi was out of order ."

"Convenient location off the motorway. Plenty of parking. Friendly check-in. Room was spacious, clean with large bed and well fitted bathroom with a decent shower. Good facilities in the room such as hair straightener and hair dryer but no kettle. Hot/ cold water is available at a tap in the corridor so be prepared to take your teapot to get water for a brew. Food is served at the adjoining 'diner' which was always busy. Not great options for vegetarians (a plant burger) but breakfast went did better. Would stay here again if in the area."

"The hotel is excellent other than the restaurant. We stay here regularly on the way to Devon. We tried the restaurant on the way and it wasn't good. Tried again on the way back with 10%discount and had to send the meal back. Next time we stay in July we will dine at the premier inn/beafeater 10mins away Otherwise all was good"
