"Dave was a great host and he communicated with us very well. This is a great house and property. It is well designed and comfortable for a group of 12 guys who like outdoor activities and cooking, and a spacious and comfortable place to watch football. From the multiple tv's, well equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking essentials and conveniences to the two firepits, one on the side of the river, to the two game rooms, this is a primo place. And the setting is beautiful and very private! We plan to return next year!"

"Our group loved staying at Tom's house/property on the Betsie! We brought dirt bikes and ATVs also which added to the fun we had fishing right at the bank. We spent most of our time at the river and the perfectly placed fire pit to warm up after catching a few Salmon. We brought our drones also to check out the fall colors and to check on the fish while we were at the deck eating lunch. The house had everything we needed and relaxing there during a warm fall day was easy! We look forward to booking many more times with Tom! Thank You!"

"Probably one of our best experiences thus far, mainly due to the size of our group. This location's description was extremely accurate, especially regarding the roads, but was exactly what we were looking for. Rooms were clean, plenty of parking, the internet was acceptable for those still needing to catch up on business or stream movies on a rainy day. The area surrounding the rental was just absolutely beautiful. Lots of trees and paths to walk. We love the fact that they are welcoming to hunters and fishermen. Location is just a short drive to the surrounding town, yet far enough away for privacy and getting back to the outdoors with your family and friends. The heat worked great, fireplace in the main room for those willing to chop a little wood, lots of hot water and all the modern amenities that most are use to. Nice firepit outside to enjoy a campfire on a cool evening, with excellent views of the stars on a clear night. The host was the easiest to work with and extremely accommodating. We look very forward to renting this unit again during the early fall of next year."
