Easy enough to find in a quiet part of Athens, hotel was very clean and has a nice lobby with plenty of seating areas. Pool was perhaps a bit lacking as there isn't a shallow end and the hotel did not have a designated children play areas, apart from a tiny playground outside of the property at the sea front. It is in front of a beach but the beach is tiny and was not suitable for kids in our opinion. We did not have the best weather and had 40-50mph wind for the first two days and was not able to enjoy the pool. It is not a heated pool which would be much better due to the higher wind location. Staff was nice and accommodating and we did have a good time overall.

This could easily be excellent vs good. Location is outstanding, hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly and eager to serve. I rated good and not excellent because there is no baggage service before 11 am, and it’s very dangerous to haul luggage down the spiral winding stairs, especially with no rails. If your room is in the Residence, you’re on your own if you have an early departure.

Nice, clean boutique hotel with large rooms, a little noisy at night. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast is average and needs more variety like fresh fruits and more hot items
