Great short term stay for 2 nights. Stayed at family room. Comfortable, clean. The promises are good and the location excellent. Next to both shopping and beach. Only minor was the street noise when occasionally, motorcycles would rev up their engines.

We were only at the hotel for one night. The lobby and breakfast were lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However the room was extremely uncomfortable. It was outdated but that doesn’t matter to us. The floor was noticeably sloping down (we were on the 4th floor). The beds were rock hard. It wasn’t even as if they were supposed to be firm mattresses. We all felt like we were sleeping on plywood. The windows did not lock properly and there were no screens. They are very large and a child could very easily hurt themselves if they were standing on the bed. Which they would being that we were in a family room (4 twin beds) two of the beds are under the two windows.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and was overall quite disappointed. The main issue is the completely outdated interior. The room looked like something straight out of the 1980s – dark wooden furniture, old-fashioned curtains, and an overall charm of a long-gone era. The bathroom wasn’t any better: worn-out fixtures, yellowed tiles, and barely any space to put your toiletries. For a supposedly 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable – realistically, it’s barely 2-star standard. The room was definitely not worth €160 per night. What was particularly surprising was that housekeeping staff aren’t even provided with proper cleaning carts. Fresh bed linens and towels are transported through the hallways using supermarket shopping carts – this looks neither professional nor well-organized. On the positive side, the cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Both of these points deserve recognition. Unfortunately, they’re not enough to make up for the clearly outdated condition of the hotel. If you’re looking for modern comfort and good value for money, you’d be better off booking elsewhere.

Only factor that fooled us is the location and breakfast. Rest is below one star rating not worth more than $29.99/night for the rooms conditions from electrical outlets to furniture and mainly the old fashioned low quality toilets/showers!
