Welcome to Saltwood House, a spacious coastal retreat just moments from the turquoise waters of Gnarabup Beach and a short 10-minute drive to the vibrant heart of Margaret River. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or multiple couples travelling together, this beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom holiday home combines beachside living with modern comfort.

The Space
Spread across three levels with a separate self-contained studio on the ground floor, Saltwood House offers plenty of room to relax, entertain, and enjoy the Margaret River lifestyle.
The main living area features a dining table for 10 guests, a wood fire place and smart TV. There is a wrap around balcony with access off the main living area. The fully equipped kitchen is set up to service the whole family.
Main House (4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms):
Master Suite – King bed, walk-in robe, and private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – Two single beds
Bathroom - shared combined bathroom/laundry.
Loft Suite (Bedroom 4) – Upstairs retreat with seating area, Queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom
Separate Studio (1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Located on the ground floor with its own entrance, this private studio features:

Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.

Absolutely loved this unit. Such a quiet neighbourhood and maybe a 5 minute walk to the cafe at the beach. Highly recommend would love to stay again
