But our aircon was broken (someone came to open a window and that was fine for us) and we didn’t have any shower gel. Plus the hand soap is locked so you can’t even take it to the shower. I’d rather normal light switches and less fancy decoration but with those basics sorted. "

"The advert on Hotels.com specifically talks about spa facilities, saunas, massages etc. There are NONE of these available AT the hotel; you have to go half a mile down the road to the local health club (which was amazing, by the way), but cost another £30 or so for the evening. It is misleading to suggest the Hotel itself has these amenities. And the restaurant closed earlier than the host told me. I wouldn't book again."

"Beautiful place! Nice, warm clean and cosy. Beautifully decorated for the festive season. Big clean room with very comfortable bed. Good location for a nice stopover not far from the motorway. Just wished we could have stayed longer."
