"Our stay even before getting to the hotel was excellent. I had to make a few phone calls to the front desk before I even got to the location and they helped me book my late check out without any problems or even questioning why they just helped me I have to say that the housekeeper during my stay were very excellent, polite, sweet ladies and very, very helpful. They were very kind got me what I needed with a smile on their face took my trash with a smile very kind people. I was very surprised mostly because usually housekeeping staff don’t speak too much. Your staff here was absolutely above and beyond I’m talking about housekeeping above and beyond and the rest of the hotel employees and staff were wonderful as well. I enjoyed our stay because our room had the best view and also our bedding absolutely wonderful like a dream. I have never slept so well not even in my own bed. I slept so well I took down the name of the comforter and the pillows that we slept on, they were magnificent. The room was so big and so comfy. The furniture in the room looks so pretty and nicely replaced thank you Marriott. I loved it. We were down for the Goo Goo Dolls concert for a few days and every single day was perfect thank you thank you … Thank, Cynthia Rios"

"We stayed for a week. Attended a conference near by. Convenient location next to Ft. Worth convention center. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Spacious gym area. Nice and comfortable room. We had 2 queen beds with access to club lounge area. Best part of the stay definitely would be the pool and hot tub and access to breakfast, appetizers and snacks from club lounge. The 2 negative things about the property is expensive valet only Parking and very loud AC unit in the room. if you are a light sleeper, I don't see how anyone could sleep in these rooms at all. Air conditioning AC compressor runs on and off throughout the night and extremely loud. Bring your ear plugs when you sleep."

"Despite the renovation going on, we rialto lived our stay. Octavia, front desk staff member, made our day. After our 12 hour drive cross country, she was a joy to meet. She is a natural and laughter was shared easily as we checked in. The renovations are ongoing as the Hilton steps in to the Hampton, but ask services continue and our room was excellent in every way. We would definitely return to this hotel. "
