"Overall I was very satisfied and thought it was a great little studio for a working professional. My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. "Very cute Texan decor. Well-stocked kitchen and clean apartment. Neighbors in other apartments were quiet for the most part. I mostly didn't care for the sliding barn door to the bathroom. If you have someone in the bedroom, they'll hear all your business in the bathroom. The bed is a bit slumpy in the middle. Perfect if you're solo or don't have back issues.
