"Die Wohnung war gemĂŒtlich und es gab viel zu lesen und anzuschauen. AbzĂŒge gibt es in der Sauberkeit. Da war vor allem im Schlafzimmer noch ziemlich Staub . Das Bett bestand aus Euro Paletten , was nicht super komfortabel war. Einen Pluspunkt gibt es fĂŒr die leckere selbstgemachte Marmelade. Ansonsten war das Preis- LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis in Ordnung. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen wenn ihr nicht auf „super high end Luxus“ wert legt."

"Wie eine mini Puppenstube, doch alles da und nur wenige Minuten vom alten historischen Stadtkern. Wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Ein wenig hellhörig, wenn die Mieter ĂŒber einen, mit den StĂŒhlen und sonstiges herumschieben. Was weniger optimal war, dem Anschein nach aber an FeWo Direkt lag ist, dass bei Zahlung mit Kreditkarte eine um 10,- Euro höhere ServicegebĂŒhr berechnet wurde, was vorher nicht ersichtlich war. Das fand ich Ă€rgerlich. FeWo Direkt sollte da klar und transparent die Endkosten...
