Vacation Rental No. 03 is a comfortable 3-room apartment on the mezzanine level with 71 m² of living space —ideal for up to three people. An additional child aged 10 can be accommodated upon request. From the covered balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Nordperd and spend relaxing hours outdoors.
The living area is spacious and furnished with a comfortable couch, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and create a pleasant, open atmosphere. The adjacent open kitchen offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering: a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, as well as plenty of dishes, silverware, and various kitchen utensils. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom features a cozy double bed, a large closet, and an additional flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is equipped with another wardrobe and a comfortable single bed (1.40 x 2.00 m)—ideal for adults or children.
The modern, naturally lit bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink. A free parking space is available right next to the house.

To end the day on a relaxing note, you can use the shared sauna with a relaxation room and treat yourself to a soothing break.

The wide, fine-sand beaches are easily accessible from the apartments in about 6 or 9 minutes on foot. Thanks to its location on a quiet side street with no through traffic, you’ll enjoy plenty of relaxation and maximum privacy.

A maritime atmosphere, traditional island culture, and a diverse range of recreational activities come together here to create a charming overall experience.
