No geral bom, limpeza bem fraca e deixa a desejar, processo de check-in do Ibis sempre terrível, muitas filas, poucos funcionários. O hotel antigo, limpeza muito ruim. Toalhas do banheiro velha e não tem toalha de rosto. As camas são um box com um colchonete em cima e os travesseiros parece pedaços de espuma velha colocado dentro na sua fronha. O hotel precisa de manutenção e investimento em camas e itens de higiene.

Problema Inesperado

A estadia como Todas as anteriores poderia ter sido muito boa, mas As 4:30 da manhã o ar condicionado desligou e o calor tomou de conta do quarto. As 8:30 quando fui descer do quarto eu ainda não sabia o motivo da falta de energia e então tive que descer os oito andares até o térreo e só lá me informaram que a energia havia acabado as 20:30 do dia anterior e o gerador havia acabado combustível na madrugada. Acredito que o Ibis com seu porte de hotel de Rede poderia ter mantido esse gerador em funcionamento e não deixado esse problema chegar aos clientes.

A experiência foi apenas de uma noite, mas passou a percepção que o banheiro estava com aspecto de sujo até cabelo na parede do local do chuveiro tinha, a limpeza realizada parece que não foi com muito cuidado.
