The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated.

O atendimento e excelente,café da manhã ótimo e limpeza eficiente! Porém apesar de ser cliente da rede Andrade a mais de 6 anos em Salvador Bahia quero ressaltar que a experiência na rede Andrade de Goiânia deixou a desejar pois não e apenas rústico mas precisa de uma reforma urgente dentro dos quartos incluindo pintura reforma de piso, iluminação e troca de móveis pois estão defasados e antigo diferente das rede Andrade salvador que dispõem de conforto e qualidade nas dependências dos quartos ! Minha crítica e construtiva e espero que a rede Andrade ofereça qualidade também na unidade de Goiânia Goiás!

O atendimento foi impecável, os funcionários bem atenciosos e prestativos, e a localização é ótima, fácil de chegar a pé aos principais pontos turísticos. O café da manhã delicioso e variado. No entanto, o hotel é uma estrutura antiga e isso é visível em alguns aspectos, como a decoração e os móveis. Além disso, a porta e a janela do meu quarto não fechavam completamente e um dos elevadores estava em constante manutenção. Apesar disso, o hotel estava limpo e bem cuidado, e eu gostei da minha estadia.
