The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated.

Minha experiência no quarto foi excelente! O ambiente estava impecavelmente limpo, bem organizado e muito confortável. A cama era ampla e aconchegante, garantindo noites de sono tranquilas. O espaço também contava com bons móveis, iluminação agradável e climatização eficiente, o que proporcionou ainda mais conforto.

Pegamos um quarto no primeiro andar com cama de casal, a cama muito boa e o quarto super grande. O chuveiro espaçoso e a água quentinha e tudo funcionando ok. Televisão ok Única coisa no quarto e só a estética, os móveis parecem antigos. O café da manhã com bastante opção, vários sabores de bolos diferentes, suco, café, iogurte, frutas, ovos mexido, etc… Pra ficar nota 10 só faltou um pouco mais de opções salgadas. Único ponto negativo que achei foi o elevador, só tinha um funcionando, por conta disso demorava para subir e descer do quarto. Mas uma funcionária super prestativa ficava subindo as escadas até o mezanino e chamando o elevador pra ser mais rápido, um amor de pessoa rs Localização muito boa! Resumindo se vc não for cheio(a) de frescurinhas pode ir de boa que vale a pena rs

Vi alguns comentários e quase desisti, mas felizmente não me deixei levar por eles. O valor da diária é totalmente compatível com o que o hotel entrega e a experiência foi incrível. O quarto é bem arrumado, espaçoso e cheiroso. A recepção é não apenas solícita, mas também muito simpática e atenciosa. E o café da manhă me surpreendeu de tão lindo e delicioso que estava, com uma variedade incrível. Super indico!
