Room was spacious with good air conditioning, and they had agreed to give me a higher level room (16th floor), which had a very nice view of the city. "The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient.
