"I stayed at kaunos last year. Sadly the old manager died. The hotel has appointed a new manager,who has certainly spruced things up, everything is much cleaner, still a bit tatty, but given time he's going to do an excellent job. Noticed that the staff were much more friendly. The hotel has got the most fantastic view overlooking koycegiz lake. Great place for a goodnight sleep. mostly Turkish residents ,which adds to atmosphere of the holiday"

"The afternoon manager was exceedingly helpful when we had trouble in traffic. Met us personally on the street to coach us in. The courtyard was a quiet oasis after the traffic—a beautiful pool surrounded by plants, flowers. Comfortable outdoor furniture for visiting on the grass. Located near the busy beach area where there’s many choices of food & prices but far enough away to be quiet at night. We got the last room available—an economy one on the 3rd floor with no elevators but grateful to get...

"We had a great experience. The garden is lovely with many colorful flowers and beautiful trees. Laying on the sunbeds next to the pool was very relaxing. The room was tidy and cozy. I liked all the traditional wooden details. The road to the hotel is a bit narrow and might be challenging for some. I would also recommend coming by car otherwise it's hard to go somewhere."

"I have checked in to this hotel three times now. It's my favourite for the Muğla area near the hospital. It is conveniently located on the main road from Muğla to Fethiye. The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've worked some way through their menu, and everything has been delicious. It has been nice to relax at the bar with a quiet beer. There is good WiFi and it's handy having the Shell garage next door for fuel and snacks. Highly recommended. "

"Used this as a spot to rest in between adventures. Perfect for that. Hotel is clean and hosts are knowledgable and accommodating. Extended stay a second night because of change in plans. Lovely balcony with mountain view. Kitchen was a nice addition and allowed us to store and heat up leftovers instead of dining out again. Would stay here again. "
