Helpful staff and great dinning options, room service had sold out of most things by the time we got back to our room after a private event even though the kitchen in the casino was open.

Broadbeach Savannah Hotel & Resort
Had everything we needed as well as location, location, location. Heaps of restaurants within walking distance. Great room. Spa in the bath, kitchenette was awesome. Bed was comfy. Enjoyed having a balcony too.

Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach
Room wasn’t ready on time. Lift doors jammed multiple times. Parking was shocking and non existent. There was mould on the bed sheets.

Synergy Broadbeach
Great Location across the road from the Convention Centre Clean &roomy. The only thing that we did find the lifts very slow. When checking out had to go up to 25th floor to come down as both lifts were full & we were on the 3rd floor.
