"I stayed here for my solo birthday trip and it was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet—just the kind of space to relax and recharge. The staff were friendly and made check-in super smooth. I felt safe the whole time, which was important since I was traveling alone. The location was convenient, with access to CTA, downtown shopping and restaurants. There’s a local pub across the street, Butch McGuire’s, that offers brunch on the weekends and stays open until 4am. I really enjoyed the Spicy Black Bean Burger. I loved Hotel’s daily free HH 😌 I was an VIP Guest and received a complimentary bottle of Champagne! Trevor and Ms. Cookie’s customer service was OUTSTANDING! Overall, this stay helped me celebrate myself in the best way. I’d definitely come back—and recommend it to anyone needing a peaceful solo escape."

"Can not say enough about how much my family has been raving about our stay at your incredible home. The location put us smack in the middle of everything we wanted to see and we ended up walking to everything (even with ages from 9 months to 70!). On that note, thank y'all for including so many touches to make it easier with the little one. From the high chair, to the pack-n-play with an extra mattress and cover, everything we needed was there. We can't wait to come back!"
