Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in a 3 bedroom modern apartment on the 26th floor. Views were phenomenal and the indoor and outdoor pools were very well maintained. Yes, there’s some construction taking place around the area but we weren’t bothered by it at all.

We loved our stay. Xmas week so no construction going on. Room was spacious with a great view but very dated and needs a refurb. Loved the 2 pools, close to beach and close to shops so we walked everywhere. We will definitely be going back.

Lovely stay

Great stay even though there was refurbishment going on it didn’t affect us much at all. Management were very friendly and dealt with any issues very quickly. Beautiful views and very close to restaurants and beach etc.

Clean and convenient with lovely staff

Very convenient and clean apartment with a lovely team on reception. Apartment was a little dated but still clean and met our needs for the trip. Lovely facilities including swimming pools and tennis. Would recommend for a clean and convenient base to explore with lovely ocean views in the 7th floor and higher apartments.

Apart from the noise from the tram road works, construction work and refurbishment work next door, we had an awesome stay. Overall the apartment was comfortable, spacious and cozy. Amazing beach and walking distance to centre.

Whilst the apartment itself was a bit tired, it had everything you needed for a great family holiday and a fully functioning kitchen which made making meals easy. The location is fantastic with the beach directly across the road, restaurants a short walk away and great parking for when you do day trips elsewhere.

Great views from every room on the 15th floor Spacious lounge area. Quiet despite construction happening in front of apartments. 5 min walk to Burleigh shops and restaurants. Would stay again. Once new apartments in front will be finished suggest book floors 16 and above.

Nice big apartments. 2 bathrooms. Ocean view is awesome. Didnt like the blinds needs better block out. Waking at 5am every morning was hard with the light coming in.

Property and staff were great. Lots of construction around which was noted on their website so good communication there. They had the parking area unavailable for a week so had to find parking on the street which was very limited which did let the stay down a bit. Other then that was great

Beautiful apartment. Spacious and clean with great views and lovely furniture. lots of work going on outside on the road and with other properties around. Also some work going on inside the property. Most nights however were quiet and there was minimal construction noise during the day.

We encountered so many issues with this property from water damage to bed and rooms, Ac and fan not working, and the inconvenience of having to move units 3 times during our stay! This is a very old building and hence the condition.

Views were exstordonary. The place was exactly how listed. A few concerns. Couches were worn out and need replacing. Ice trays were cracked and not usable. The master shower, you cant shut off the hot water. It drips and drips causing wasted water. With all that said. I would rent this unit again.

Very disappointed in the condition of our original booking. Torn, raised, dirty carpet, poor smell. Bathrooms run down, dripping faucets, dishwasher didn’t work well. Second bedroom very hot, unsuitable to sleep in. Dusty blankets. Switched to another unit that was only marginally better. Very disappointing stay on the Gold Coast. Another family member had the same two bedroom unit and it was completely updated, clean, and fresh.

Nice apartment, needs new furniture.

Location was ideal, view spectacular and the building with all its amenities were great. 2 bed executive, 21c was spacious comfortable and well equipped. The furniture in the living area and balcony was very poor. All very old and worn, sofa and chairs were what you expect in a student flat, not a upmarket Gold Coast apartment. Outdoor furniture was plastic junk from the 80s, only 2 seats for a apartment for 4 people. Cleanliness was fine on the surface, but in need of a good deep clean, sills, window frames etc. Update the furniture and lighting fixtures to the 21st century and the place would be brilliant.

Accomodation was great for our family, great beach access and views. Cleanliness could have been a bit better, but overall pretty good. Construction was a bit annoying but we had plenty of warning so knew that would be the case. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment and perfect size for our family. Few small issues with cleanliness - bit of hair here and there as well as some dust. Also no consumables, minimal soap, toilet paper and detergent, BYO. There is a lot of construction in the surrounding area. The development occurring in front of the property starts a 6.30am 6 days a week bit noisy.
