The room was a 2 1/2 bed apartment. It was spacious with a great view and location. Beds were comfy and clean The problem was the room had a stale smell and the place was grubby, hairs and bits on the sofa, marks on the wall, the bath was full of mold and didnt look lime it had been cleaned. We could have got much better for the money we paid. Over all disappointed.

We chose between several rooms in this hotel, decided to pay an extra $800 to have the ocean view room. Only to arrive and be given the river view room. We contacted the reservation team and they didn’t bother to get back to us. Room was run down, glasses were filthy, and mostly chipped rims. No bowls. Would never stay here again, and this was actually put 4th time staying here.

Best views of Surfers Paradise

Clean and the greatest views. Beds were very comfortable and the booking in eas easy. Car park was difficult to navigate and find a spot. Overall - greaat value and would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were very clear instructions on how to pick the keys up after hours and the location itself was absolutely perfect, close to everything. We were able to use all the facilities that hilton has to offer too. Will definitely come back !

Great location and apartment was a good size. Condition of apartment was poor. Balcony door broken, holes in the walls, aircon cut out during the night one night due to maintenance, scuffs on walls, bathroom lights would randomly go out whilst sitting on the toilet. Still waiting for bond to be returned two weeks after checking out.
