HUGE (115m2) Family Apartment in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

This spacious (115m2), 1 bedroom family apartment is situated on the ground floor of the Sovereign Resort in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Perfect for families looking to be close to all the action of SP and a good base for all the local attractions including the theme parks. Do not cram your family into those 30m2 rectangular hotel rooms - give yourself the space to enjoy a magical family holiday in the playground of Queensland. Cavill Ave and the Esplanade are just a 5-minute stroll away!

This is the perfect family apartment for a trip to Surfers. Situated on the ground floor (so no messing around with elevators). A safe and secure balcony with no risk to kids being out there alone. A beautiful kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle etc... No hob or oven as hot cooking is not permitted in any apartment in the complex...but why would you ever want to stay inside and cook when there are dozens of restaurants just a short walk away. Parking is free - although it is on a first come first serve basis. But plenty of street parking nearby if you miss out.

$200 bond will need to be paid upon check in at reception (standard hotel rules).

No oven/hob in the apartment as hot cooking is not permitted as it is contrary to the Fire Control Regulations. $1480 Fire Brigade call out fee for alarms being set off by unauthorized hot cooking in the apartment.

Parking is available free of charge - but on a first come first served basis. Plenty of off-street parking is available.

Onsite Malaysian restaurant (check opening hours).

Surfers Paradise North is the closest G:link station just a 3-minute walk away.

All guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.

Strict guest limit of 4 people (Max 2 adults) - no extras sleeping on the couch - no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.

Any evidence of internal smoking/vaping will result in a $350 additional cleaning charge.

We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value.

Out-of hours lock out charge is $85

And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the property.
