"Things You Need to Know Before You Book" - ALL GROUP STAYS ARE MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group. - We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per guest per night for length of the stay. No extra guests without written prior approval. Insect and Pests- QLD is a tropical climate in which insects, rodents, lizards and other animals such as possums and snakes unfortunately exist and you may encounter these pests during your stay. All of our homes are treated regularly with insecticides and the residue of these treatments may sometimes leave some dead insects in the properties. This is not a sign of infestation, rather that the treatment is working. Please notify us immediately if you see any live insects, so we may take appropriate action. An encounter with a pest inside or outside of your rental is not reason for termination of your rental agreement nor a refund of all or any part of your monies.
