The Hilton was a great place to stay. Central to everything, great views and wide balconies. The pool and cafe area is very well maintained and offers an adult pool. The only downside was that we could not connect to wifi or Netflix as promised.

Location & amenities were great. 1 star lost for service from Coastal Letting. Took 24 hrs 3 phone calls to get wifi. Our email about Netflix answered 2 days later telling us they don’t have Netflix, despite listing mentioning Netflix & Netflix button on remote. We eventually managed access after changing network. Apartment is beautiful & well furnished Bed was extremely saggy & uncomfortable, and needs replacing.

Holiday Hell

I booked a walk-in shower as I am disable and can't use a shower over a bath and that is what I got. I rang up the property manager multiple times and they ignored my problem and just kept on ignoring me for days. Fours days later they eventually they moved me. On day one the fire alarm went off and because I was on the 20th floor I could not get down all those steps I was left by my self, I thought I was going to dye. I have not even been offered a discount. I wont book through this agent again.
