Good location as its right in front of beach , beautiful sunrise view is spectaculars. Some floors smells bad otherwise its ok with this budget. Property manager is co operative and easy going.

Unpleasant Odors: The accommodation had a persistent and unpleasant smell, making our stay uncomfortable and displeasing. Leaking air conditioner. Constant wet & leaky Kitchen floor : (as per Photos attached), leading to slippery surfaces. Unfortunately, our children slipped twice due to this issue, raising serious concerns about safety. Dirty Kitchen Utensils & Plates: The kitchenware provided was in a deplorable condition (photos attached of a broken pair of tongues). Plates and utensils were visibly dirty, posing a health risk for anyone using them. Missing Toilet Paper Holder in the ensuite bathroom (see photos) : inconveniencing us and creating an unsanitary environment. Peeling Wallpaper: The walls of our accommodation were adorned with peeling wallpaper, which not only looked unappealing but also raised questions about the overall maintenance of the property. Non-functional TV Remotes: The TV remotes provided did not work, depriving us of the basic amenities that were expected during our stay. No vacuum Cleaner was supplied for us to clean (that's a basic inclusion) No mop supplied to dry up the

It was a lovely, clean and safe apartment with amazing views. Great for families with a brilliant location, close to food, shops and a tram station over the road from a stunning beach. Had a lovely clean outdoor pool and an indoor one as well, overall thoroughly recommend
