This place is the best. Right on the patrolled beach, supermarket and lots of different cuisine restaurants so close. About 10-15 minute walk to casino and conference centre. Tram or walk to pacific fair shopping centre. Apartment spacious and well equipped kitchen. Beds pillow showers are fantastic. Oasis shopping has everything you need. Staff extremely helpful. Will definitely book here again. I don’t like high rise buildings so this is great only 16 floors, and when booking you can stipulate which floor. Eg. 1-5, 6-10, etc. Only negative is that wherever you stay there’s always a construction site nearby, but that’s not the fault of the apartments.

Absolutely loved this place. I've stayed at a lot of places in Broadbeach and have been coming up a couple of times a year and would rate this up there. It's convenient to all shops and and restaurants. Across the road from the beach and Broadbeach Hotel and also the life saving club. Would definitely go back there again.

Booked in after hours which was made easy after consultation with the property. The accommodation was excellent close to shopping beach views restaurants pretty well everything was within walking distance.Staff at South Pacific were friendly and very helpful checking out was simple as well have stayed in the past and will be staying again in the future

I liked the feeling of safety in the building. The reception was at the front entrance and every person entering was noticed. Transport very close and for a person without a car this was a major factor when booking. Oasis shopping centre close by with eateries and grocery purchases very accessible. Highly recommend this these departments for a holiday.

Property was in a brilliant position close to beach all shops and restaurants. The pool area was good . Unfortunately the room was old and unclean dusty and we found hair in the draw in the bathroom. The building management were very helpful fixing our complaints and quickly arranged cleaning and maintenance. I would definitely stay there again in a renovated room

Staff in the office were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely,starting to look a bit tired but very very clean. We were supplied everything we needed to cook and wash with a dryer available as well. We will definitely use this place again as everything was in walking distance. The only thing would be a ramp up to the entrance so you can wheel it not have to carry a heavy case,especially for someone who is elderly could be an issue

We had 2 nights in one apartment, but it didn't have Foxtel (as indicated on booking). The apartment was a little tired with very old furniture. But relatively clean. Then we were upgraded (staff were fantastic, very attentive and communicative. Hats off to the reception staff). This was a much cleaner and newer apartment. Very difficult to sleep though, without air con in the bedrooms. Had to move kids' mattresses to living area, because the bedroom was unbearably hot.Great location though and would like to stay again, but would need to know which unit and if it has air con in the rooms.
