Pros: access to private beach right across the street; room was clean and spacious; balcony was nice and large; bathroom shower excellent; bicycles available; beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons available for use. Cons: bed extremely uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that both of us work up with back problems each day, suggest adding box spring to platform beds; couch was uncomfortable as well.
