GOLD COAST NOISE RESTRICTIONS
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, A STRICT NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. This property is located in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration for our neighbours we request all guests keep noise, music and outdoor entertainment to a minimum and observe the residential area "quiet time" from 10pm - 8am. No additional unapproved guests may stay in the property at any time
